The moment you upload your file, our engine reads its raw structure and digitally reconstructs the model in memory. It immediately measures exact dimensions, volume, surface area, and checks for potential file integrity errors.
2. Smart Orientation
The engine dynamically rotates the model in 3D space to find the absolute best printing angle. This step optimizes bed stability and reduces unnecessary support material to save time and cost.
3. Precision Slicing
We virtually slice your model into hundreds of micro-layers. This allows the engine to accurately trace outer walls, calculate internal hollow spaces, and assess complex features that affect print speed.
4. Advanced Stability & Support
Using advanced geometry algorithms, the engine plans where supports are required and calculates material-specific stability. High-shrinkage materials like ABS automatically receive calibrated bed adhesion settings to prevent warping.
5. Real-Time Production Simulation
