3D model files and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content") belong to you. However, by using the Service, you grant us the necessary licenses to process, analyze, and create quotes for this content. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes copyright.
The Service and all its content (API, software, design, text, graphics, logos) are owned by VARANTECH ENERJİ SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These terms grant you the right to use the Service but do not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights of the Service.
For paid plans, you will be charged periodically according to your selected plan. Prices may change without prior notice. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel. Refund policies may vary depending on your selected plan.

To the extent permitted by law, VARANTECH ENERJİ SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability is limited to the total fees you have paid in the last 12 months.
You agree to indemnify VARANTECH ENERJİ SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. for any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or violation of these terms.
VARANTECH ENERJİ SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms or engage in abuse. You may cancel your account at any time.
