The service covered by this agreement is activated immediately after successful payment or the existing subscription is updated to the new plan. Unless cancelled, the subscription may renew monthly.
Cancellation is managed from the billing area or Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal, while access generally continues until the end of the active billing period.
Termination or cancellation requests are processed within a reasonable period, and the resulting subscription status can be tracked through the account and billing flow.

Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved. However, where immediate performance of the digital service is requested, the scope of any applicable withdrawal right is assessed under the relevant legal framework.

Account, quota, storage, and API rights are limited to the selected plan; unlawful, abusive, or security-threatening use is not permitted.
The parties accept that electronic approval, subscription, payment, and invoicing records may be used as evidence in the event of a dispute.
This agreement snapshot and related approval records are stored within the system, and the user may request access through billing or support processes.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved.
Consumer disputes may be submitted to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court subject to applicable monetary thresholds and jurisdiction rules.
